Weddings

Preparing for your own individual and memorable day takes time, commitment and innovative ideas. You are beginning your life together as a married couple so you want your ceremony to reflect your feelings for each other, customs and beliefs that are important to you both, your ideals and your hopes for the future. I will guide and assist you to achieve this. You might also require my assistance with vows or readings, or with the inclusion of other ceremonies.

Commitment Ceremonies

Although Commitment Ceremonies are not binding in a legal sense, they are for some, an alternative to marriage. Some couples who do not or cannot marry for a number of reasons, still would like to make a public commitment to each other in front of their family and friends. To commit their lives to each other, as partners for life.

Renewal of Vows

This ceremony is a way of re-affirming your commitment to each other. To renew the promises you made when you were first married, and to acknowledge the path you have walked together. It can be done at any life stage as further evidence of the love you had in the beginning, the love you have now and the love that you carry into the future together.

Name Giving

This is an occasion to welcome a new child into the family. It is not a Baptism or a Christening nor does it preclude you from having a religious ceremony also if you choose. It is an excellent occasion to express your joy and happiness and the safe arrival of your child, to formally name him or her and to appoint guardians or mentors, who will be there to support your child throughout their life.
